This advanced two-day course – taught by the founder of ZUDO, focuses on intricate massage techniques, including targeted muscle and fascia work for stress relief, improved circulation, and facial rejuvenation.
*Attendees must first complete the introductory course – Introduction to Zudo with Gabriel Skalic.

  1. Introduction to Advanced ZUDO and its Philosophy: Understanding the deeper principles behind ZUDO and how they translate into therapeutic head spa services.
  2. Anatomy and Advanced Techniques for the Head, Jaw, and Neck: A step-by-step guide to massaging the muscles that accumulate the most tension, including the temporalis and masseter muscles.
  3. Pressure Application and Lifting Techniques: Techniques for applying pressure using specific fingers (index, middle, ring) in a variety of seated and full-flat positions to lift and relieve stress in muscles – providing a “natural facelift”.
  4. Full Flat Techniques for Neck and Jaw: Detailed instruction on performing effective massages in the full-flat position to address headaches, neck tension, and improve the appearance of the face.
  5. Steam & Towel Bath Methodology: Enhance client relaxation using steam and towel bath techniques to nourish the scalp and hair, preparing the client for the final stages of the treatment.
